Seeded Multigrain Sourdough 

This seeded/multigrain loaf is made from Matthews Cotswold Eight Grain to produce the perfect multigrain bread. Ingredients include malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, oats flakes, malted wheat flour, maize grits, linseed, millet, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.

Cheese & Jalapeno Sourdough 

A white loaf made with Red Leicester cheese and jalapeno, this is packed with flavour with a hint of hotness. Perfect accompaniment with soup or just toasted with extra cheese.

Almond Croissant

Handmade with real butter. These almond croissants have been carefully crafted to give the full buttery taste. Made without any additives or preservatives. We've had so many lovely comments about these.

Pain aux Raisins

Made with all butter pastry, enriched with creme patisserie and sultanas. These are always a favourite amongst my customers at the farmers markets.

Pasteis de nata

Pasteis de nata are iconic Portuguese custard tarts with a flaky, crispy pastry shell and creamy, caramelized custard filling.

The brulee spots are created by having the the oven setting at the highest point.

Once you have had one, you will find yourself wanting more.
